Open the palms with all fingers stretched and spread wide apart. Keep it in this position for two seconds and then release the fingers in a fan-out position. You can do this exercise either by holding the hands straight in front of you or by relaxing the hands straight against your body. This exercise helps in relaxing the wrists and the arm muscles. Then switch the direction and rotate both wrists in the inward direction for the same number of times. Rotate the wrists outwards simultaneously. Hold your both hands parallel to the ground. This exercise helps with stiff joints in the wrist. You can repeat the exercise three to five times. Hold the position for ten seconds before releasing it to the start position. Use the other hand to grip the four fingers and gently pull towards the ground. Hold one hand horizontal to the ground with the palm facing upward. This helps in blood flow and relieves stiff joints.

Repeat it five times in free flow motion. Pull the palm back up till the fingers are pointing towards the roof. Hold your hands straight in front of your body, horizontal to the ground.
